Learner
Lean Learner
A Lean Learner is someone who is new to Lean. Your goal at this stage is to become “Aware” of Lean concepts and learn about the potential benefits of utilizing Lean concepts in your work. Explore Lean Learner concepts below or take the quiz to identify your path.
Apprentice
Lean Apprentice
A Lean Apprentice is someone who is familiar with Lean and has a growing belief in its uses and benefits. The next step in your journey is to “Understand” these concepts by beginning to apply them to your work. Explore Lean Apprentice tools below or take the quiz to identify your path.
Practitioner
Lean Practitioner
A Lean Practitioner is someone who is consistently implementing Lean practices in work. Now, you must advance to the “Competency” stage by deepening your understanding of Lean and beginning to share and collaborate with others in your field. Certification
LCI Certification
Once you’ve reached the Lean Practitioner stage in your Lean learning pathway, you should apply for LCI Certification, a nationally recognized credential that validates your Lean knowledge and real-world experience in applying Lean Project Delivery practices to design and construction projects. Advanced Practitioner
An Advanced Practitioner is someone who has been leading Lean initiatives and is coaching others.
