Communities of Practice (CoPs) are locally led groups within the design and construction industry across North America. They create a consistent forum for working through challenges, exchanging ideas and strengthening Lean practice over time. Events include Lean Coffees, Gemba Walks, Book Clubs, Happy Hours, Webinars, Lean Learning Series, LCI Education Courses, Congress Presentations and more!
